CUSTOM CAR COMMANDOS was an exhibition of video works by Nancy Davenport, Lars Mathisen, Alex Villar, and Angie Waller, as well as a lecture by Liam Gillick and this publication produced Just-In-Time by Dexter Sinisterwhich utilized the auto body for investigation of socioeconomic, political, environtmental, and psychological phenomena that have led up to the crisis in industry and auto manufacturing.
The book is centered around an essay by Jan Ake Granath footnoted by Liam Gillick.
